Team development programmes are designed to suit the needs of your team. Maybe the team is newly formed, or works remotely, maybe the business has been through changes that require an adjustment to how the team works together? The team may be experiencing conflict over business priorities, direction, roles and responsibilities or personality clashes?

Bespoke programmes help the team better understand each other and the team’s strengths and gaps so they can plan new ways of working together. The starting point is often one to one meetings with each team member to understand what they think the team does well and how they think the team could improve. The session can then be designed to support these needs and the needs of the business.

This may include using some form of personality profiling tool like the Strength Deployment Inventory (SDI) or Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI). Or an assessment of the team effectiveness e.g. “The Five Dysfunctions of a team assessment”.
